Your Trifine Natural Range product is made from high-quality natural fabric, which is functional and durable. In order to preserve the quality of your product, we recommend the following:

- Spot clean with cold water.
- Do not soak or bleach this product.
- Please try to dry this product flat.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight over long periods of time.
- Only use professional leather clean for the leather part.

Our online business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm. All orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on these days, will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm (AEST), will be dispatched on the next business day.  Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Please note, this can vary during collection launch and sale period.

All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within Australia for $13.00. These orders will be sent with Couriers Please or Australia Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.

All orders placed before 1pm AEDT are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
